This was a really fun project the with the current record holder for completing descents of all of Colorado’s 14ers. Josh is a former Navy SEAL and currently a UIAGM international mountain guide, take a class with him at Silverton Avalanche School. The concept follows the progression one takes through their backcountry experience, from grommet to master or jedi. This is the sample with 5 routes and the planned table of contents for an 11×11″ coffee table guidebook that is as much a ski magazine as it is guidebook. Eventually Giterdun hopes to publish the full book. Get a taste of what’s to come. Supplies are limited, once they are gone they are gone.
